What to expect:

Your first 75 minute appointment includes a confidential 15 minute consultation to discuss your health, determine if there are any conditions that would be contraindicated to me doing the treatment, we will discuss lifestyle and goals. You’ll then relax in a comfortable reclining chair while gentle pressure is applied to specific points on the feet. Most people find it deeply relaxing and it should not be painful. Important information: Reflexology is a Complementary therapy. It does not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and is not a replacement for Medical advice or treatment. If you have any concerns about your health, please consult your GP or another qualified healthcare professional. Following treatment you will be given complimentary bottled water and an after care sheet.
